Ms Ng makes a habit of visiting Watsons each week to restock daily necessities and discounted shampoo. When her husband feels well enough, she accompanies him on a slow walk around the store, where he looks curiously at the shelves like a child. On Wednesdays, staff kindly remind them of senior discounts. What matters most to her is simply being able to go out together.
