Touched by the experience, she returned that afternoon with her boyfriend, who purchased the entire set. Our warm and efficient service truly won her SMILE and loyalty.

As a manager, I believe customer care goes beyond transactions. Once, I found a Korean tourist’s passport in the store. I kept it safe, waited for the owner, and later handed it to the police to ensure it was properly returned. The tourist came back to thank me, unaware he had even lost it. This experience reinforced the importance of taking ownership and doing what’s right—often behind the scenes.

In my 20 years with the company, there is no single moment that stands out above all others. What truly brings me joy is seeing customers follow me through different stores and stages of my career. I take pride in helping people feel happy every day—by helping them shine and ensuring they leave the store with a positive feeling. One particularly touching moment was when a customer asked for a fragrance her late husband used to wear. As his belongings were still at home with her, she wanted to perfume them daily with that familiar scent.

Mr. and Mrs. Leung have been shopping for their daily needs at Watsons and PARKnSHOP since their youth. Although they are both now older, they still go in together to select everyday essentials. Mr. Leung remarked, "This place has been with us for many years, witnessing our journey from living as individuals to falling in love, and transitioning from caring for ourselves to caring for each other."
"After my husband was diagnosed with dementia, I took him to Watsons for vitamins and brain supplements. The pharmacist always comes out to help and teaches me how to use the pill organiser," Ms. Tsang said. Once, when her husband went missing and she didn’t have her phone, she asked the staff at Watsons to borrow a phone for assistance, and fortunately, she found him nearby in the mall. "The same staff remember our medications and names, and their care has never changed."
Ms. Cheung and her husband were purchasing a phone at Fortress when they met a staff member known as the "Bald Supervisor." "We call him 'Little Brother!'" Ms. Cheung said, noting that he always helps them with any phone issues and is very attentive. They have gone from being customers to old friends, greeting each other warmly each time they meet.
"After my husband had a stroke, I’ve been pushing the shopping cart to PARKnSHOP every day for the past fifteen years," Ms. Chan said, adding that all the staff know them well. The staff even remember that her husband loves Chaozhou dumplings and always set aside specials for him. One time, when she forgot her wallet, the cashier smiled and said, "My friend, just jot down your number and come back tomorrow to pay!"
