185th Anniversary

As a child, Ms Pang remembers her mother saying that Watsons was a place you could trust. She has kept that in mind ever since. After she began caring for her father, her hands often became dry and cracked. When she asked staff for advice, they explained how to use the ointment carefully and suggested applying an extra layer before bedtime. She realised then that trust comes not only from the product, but from having her needs taken seriously.
