185th Anniversary

As a child, Ms Tam was often taken by her mother to Watsons in summer to buy glass‑bottled distilled water. She would open the metal cap with a soft pop and drink the cold water straight away to cool down. Any change left was used to buy an ice lolly to eat along the way. Many years later, seeing bottled water still brings back memories of that simple and refreshing summer.
