"There used to be just a bottle of medicated oil and white flower oil on the bedside table, but now it’s filled with lotions and hand creams from Watsons," Grandma Mak said. She noted that her husband has a poor memory, but he still accompanies her to Watsons every week. She laughed, saying, "From youth to old age, I’︁ve transitioned from using medicated oil to lotions, and the staff remain just as friendly. It feels as though they have aged alongside us, but their thoughtfulness has never wavered."
