Ms. Tam mentioned that she used to visit Watsons frequently, and whenever the staff saw her pushing her wheelchair, they would proactively come over to help her with her purchases and checkout. Now, when she and her husband go to buy medicine and moisturizing cream, the staff continues to be attentive and considerate. Mr. Tam added, "Watsons has been a part of our lives since my childhood; it feels like it has grown old with us, but that sense of familiarity has never changed."
