Mr. Ng pushes his wife in a wheelchair every day to Watsons to buy everyday necessities, and the pharmacist and staff recognise them. Mr. Ng noted that as soon as they enter, they hear the staff greeting them. Once, when his wife was in so much pain that she couldn’t move, the staff immediately brought a chair for her to sit on and helped them carry heavy items to the checkout, kindly saying, "Take your time; we’ll wait for you."
