On one occasion, a customer accidentally left her tablet in the store and later called to check if it had been found, as she needed it for an exam the following day. Although she had already returned to another province and was outside our delivery area, the store made special arrangements to deliver the tablet in time for her examination, demonstrating our genuine care and commitment to helping our customers.
