A foreign customer visited our store for several consecutive weeks to purchase children’s cough syrup. Noticing the frequency, I asked if it was for the same child. When she confirmed it was, I expressed concern and advised her to consult a doctor. She followed the advice and returned a week later to thank me—her daughter was already feeling much better.
