Jia Guihua, Store Manager of the Watsons Chengdu Shuangliu Huanyu Plaza store, has served Watsons for nearly 21 years, growing from a Beauty Advisor into a capable and independent leader with a strong people‑first, innovative mindset. After taking over the store at the end of 2024, she quickly stabilised the team and introduced extended operating hours, driving offline‑online synergy. She also played a key role in launching Chengdu’s first Flash Warehouse, which now ranks among the top three in the region. Her dedication has inspired her daughter Jia Jing and son Li Qinglong to join Watsons and grow through different roles.
