185th Anniversary

One of my most memorable experiences in the perfumery involved a customer who seemed unusually quiet. During our conversation, she shared that she was going through a difficult period and rarely treated herself. We explored fragrances together, laughed over a few scent “mishaps”, and eventually found one that reflected her personality. I also offered her a light daytime makeup to lift her spirits. When she left, she was glowing—not just because of the perfume, but because she felt seen and appreciated. That moment reminded me that our role is about creating small moments of happiness and wellbeing.
