A customer struggled to source a perfume for her daughter’s birthday and was relieved to find it in our store. She placed a pick‑from‑store order but later called, upset that she couldn’t collect it. I reassured her and offered to deliver it personally. When I arrived, she hugged me with happy tears, thanking me for going above and beyond.
