During a home visit, volunteers from AS Watson gently asked, “Have you been feeling very tired lately?” After caring for his family for a long time, Mr Yeung found himself unable to respond at first. The volunteers handed him daily necessities and nutritional products, and added, “You’ve done very well.” In that moment, he realised that being seen and remembered can be a real source of support — sometimes more reassuring than practical help alone.
